Description
Join in for an easy 7-mile run. I will run a 9:30 pace (roughly) but all levels are welcome to participate. Don't be shy! Our group is very easy going and supportive of all runners. We will start at the Norfolk Ave. parking lot between Cypress and Mediterraean. Run down to Bone Shakers and back. The path is almost all asphalt bike path with a few patches of sidewalk. Water is available at the halfway point but I always recommend bringing your own handheld in case the fountain is out of order. With the time change, it will be dark when we start so if you have any reflectors, lights or both be sure to bring them. If you have any questions, please give me a call 621.2075. See you there! Brenda This is a post race run for me so I might be running closer to a 10min pace with walking. Please feel free to run your own pace, faster or slower.
