Kunlun Spontaneous Movement Meditation

KUNLUN MEDITATION First time participants please arrive 15 minutes early for introduction. Class walk-ins and beginners are always welcome! Suitable for ages 12-112. Class by donation (submitted to Women for Women International) According to Taoist tradition Celestial Masters, immortals from another world system are believed to have brought secrets of the universe to the Kunlun Shan mountains some 6,000 years ago. They lived among the humans and taught these secrets. The Kunlun Mountain range is located north of the Himalayas in northwest Tibet and in Taoist mythology is the most sacred mountain range with numerous temples and home to many Taoist immortals. Nei Gung or internal power cultivation is the specialty of this lineage. Kunlun is a direct experience and allows the merging of the universe within (microcosm) and the universe without (macrocosm). When these two join the bliss body activates and re-enlightenment is possible for the ordinary person. The practice of Kunlun provides a powerful magnetic pulse (bio-energy) that can awaken dormant minute strains of DNA where our true essence of all we are and all we can become lies dormant. By opening ourselves at the genetic level we can effect the structure and alignment of our organs and Kunlun practitioners are able to absorb ten times more bodily energy than the average person. This excess Chi (life force) has helped with various ailments and most practicing Kunlun rarely get sick. This is a powerful yet simple way of letting go of all that is not needed. It is said one hour of Kunlun is equivalent to 100 years of another practice. While practicing Kunlun expect the unexpected, but there are some physical signs of the energy awakening, they can range from shaking, orgasmic type bliss, heat rising from the belly to the top of the head, itchy crawly skin caused by enough Chi to break the resistance of the skin, speaking in a universal language or tongues, seeing balls of light, smelling fragrances, ability to heal others, seeing magnetic fields outside the body and seeing blocks inside the body, to name just a few.
