Hampton Roads Pole Dance Aerobics at ESTEEM Fitness Meetup

Meet other local women looking to get fit and have fun doing it!! Pole Dancing is the latest fitness craze across the nation as seen on Oprah, 20/20, The View, Fox News & ABC News. This Meetup group will gather at ESTEEM Fitness for a 1 hour Pole Dance Aerobics class every Thursday at 6:30pm. ESTEEM Fitness is a Women's Only facility.
