Description
GLOBAL MOVEMENTS $10 per class. Prepay for 10 classes and save 20%! Class walk-ins and beginners are always welcome! Suitable for ages 8-108. The Global Movement program consists of range of motion exercise and functional movement training. 60+ movements articulate all joints of the body in a circular range of motion. These movements are derived from martial arts, dance, juggling and yoga. Performed with grace and meditative awareness, these movements interrupt dysfunctional movement patters, increase flexibility, and improve balance and coordination. (Janine Lex, facilitator)
