Description
We'll begin at Running Etc., do a mile warm up through Ghent, then do our tempo run, and end with a mile cool down back to Running Etc. The tempo run this week will be 10 minutes at tempo pace with a 2 minute walk break, then anoher 10 minutes at tempo pace. Any questions my cell is 621-7638. There will NOT be a Ghent Thursday run this week, as we'll have done 12 miles on Saturday and this is a recovery week.
