Come celebrate the end of the 2009 race season at the Cape Henry Duathlon and Runfest. With a duathlon, 10 miler and 5K, there is sure to be an event to meet your athletic pursuits. Packet pick-up is at Virginia Beach United Methodist Church at 19th Street and Pacific Avenue. Race is at Fort Story Military Base so bring your I.D.
