By combining gritty Blues and Rock with polished compositions, Mud Rey, owns an honest and intriguing sound. Bobby Thompson's well crafted and soulfully delivered lyrics harmoniously intertwine with his raw and grungy guitar hooks and riffs. While this could stand alone it is only enhanced by an air tight rhythm section. Making up the backbone of the band is the power and finesse of Ben Tufts' drumming melding perfectly with the deep melodic bass lines of Tony Moreno. The sharpened skills of this power trio are both dynamic and explosive.

On this special evening, Mud Rey, will not only showcase original compositions, but will also host 'The Dirty Jam'. A rotating cast of some of Northern Virginia's finest musicians and vocalists will yield surprises at every turn. This casual yet engaging jam session is sure to be a delight for any music lover.
