Adults with ADHD and other interested people discuss concerns and offer solutions and tips. Meetings are great for helping attendees realize that there are others like them and that ADHD can often be a GOOD condition! Research finds that we are quite intelligent, creative, imaginative, funny, can multi-focus & hyper-focus, and others like us! Plus there are lots of ways we can turn ADHD into an advantage. Free and open to the public.
