The legacy of Hobbs Freeman lives on through his art of all mediums-oil and watercolor paintings, copper sculptures, enameled copper pieces, jewelry, fountains, wood carvings, you name it. And now, over seventy-five of his unique art pieces are being presented at the Hobbs Freeman Art Exhibit in the Historic 1868 Southern Cultural Heritage Convent Parlors in Vicksburg until the end of the March. The exhibit is one of the many in the series of events surrounding the Hobbs Freeman Arts and Nature Celebration and Festival in 2012. An opening reception on March 5 will take place from 4 pm-6:30 pm. Regular viewing hours are Monday-Friday, 8 am-noon and 1 pm - 5pm. Located on the corner of Crawford and Adams Streets.
