      Soprano You-Seong Kim has performed throughout the United States, Canada, Austria, Germany, Portugal, Belgium, and her native Korea. She has appeared with prestigious ensembles and companies including Cincinnati Opera, Korean National Opera Studio, University of Cincinnati Opera, WDR-Rundfunkorchester Köln, and Kentucky Symphony. Among the many operatic roles she has performed are Alcina, Ilia, Susanna, and Suor Genovieffa. She has sung a wide range of concert repertoire from Baroque to contemporary. She also soloed and served as adjudicator at the International Grieg Festival and its music competition held in Winterpark, Florida in 2009. Ms. Kim has been a winner at the prestigious German art song competition Internationaler Wettbewerb für Lidekunst in Stuttgart (2004) and has earned numerous other awards and honors. She also sang in several master classes by Maestro Christoph Eschenbach, Walter Berry, and Elly Ameling among others . Ms. Kim has served on the faculty at Ohio University since 2004. She earned her bachelor and master of music degrees in vocal performance at the Seoul National University and her doctoral degree in voice at the University of Cincinnati, where she received the top prize at the Corbett Opera Scholarship Award. Her teachers include Barbara Honn, Patricia Havranek, and Moon-sook Park . Dr. Susan Keith Gray serves on the USD Music Faculty and is pianist with the Rawlins Piano Trio.       The Warren M. Lee Center for the Fine Arts is located north of Cherry Street and east of Ratingen Strasse. Visitor parking is south of the building.

      Colton Recital Hall is located in the west wing of the Warren M. Lee Center for the Fine Arts. Colton Recital Hall is used for music performances as well as student recitals. The building is named for Warren M. Lee who served as the Dean of the College of Fine Arts from 1952 until 1968.
