Shannon International Music Festival (formerly Killaloe Music Festival) hosted by the Irish Chamber Orchestra has become one of the foremost events in the Irish classical music calendar presided over by internationally celebrated conductors Nicholas McGegan, the festival consists of five wonderful days of music-making by the Irish Chamber Orchestra and an array of illustrious internationally renowned artists. As it develops year after year, the festival offers an ever increasing number of musical experiences which stretch beyond classical to other music genres and boasts a varied choice of fringe events.
