This group is open to everyone of every fitness level & age. We will meet and discuss proper gait & alignemnt in order for you to achieve your goals as an active individual. This will include stretching before & after our walk, motivational strategies to keep you going & question time. This is a group class so the time I can spend with an individual is limited, as I am sure you can understand.
