The Ventura Wellness Walkers Meetup

This group is open to everyone of every fitness level & age. We will meet and discuss proper gait & alignemnt in order for you to achieve your goals as an active individual. This will include stretching before & after our walk, motivational strategies to keep you going & question time. This is a group class so the time I can spend with an individual is limited, as I am sure you can understand. The group will meet in a new place every month in order to change our terrain and keep the walks interesting. There will be 6 walks per month, every Thursday morning at 7:30 am and every other Saturday at 8:30 am, for one hour. There will be a $7.00 charge per walk or $35.00 per month.
