December 1st: The Scientific Research and Experimental Development Tax Incentive Program (often referred to as simply SR&ED or SRED) provides tax incentives (in the form of tax credits and/or refund) to Canadian businesses to support applied research and experimental development conducted in Canada.

The SR&ED Tax Incentive seminar is a 1-hour seminar that teaches the best practices of successful entrepreneurs.Special guest Richard Moore, a former CRA advisor and SR&ED specialist with over 200 SR&ED claims approved, will guide SR&ED qualifying companies through the complex process of receiving credits and refunds through this multi-billion dollar program.

If you have been, and will be, doing leading-edge development and/or experiencing significant technical problems, then you will likely qualify for the Research and Development Tax Credit! Only the company that owns the intellectual property can apply. The work must be performed in Canada by Canadians. The critical qualifying technical issue is whether you generated new knowledge to solve problems that were unresolvable using existing knowledge.

Canadian Controlled Corporations in British Columbia receive cash equal to the sum of costs incurred to resolve technically-challenging issues:

* 69% of salaries;
* 42% of contract payments;
* 23% of test equipment (new, not used);
* Less 42% of NRC/IRAP grants or other government assistance.

Learn how to take advantage of SR&ED with the information only available through this seminar.
