Reiki Level I Class

In this class you will be attuned to the Reiki energy. Emphasis is placed on learning the hand positions for self healing and the healing of others. Topics covered include the history of Reiki, ethical practices of Reiki, the 21-day cleanse, chakra systems, meridian systems, the Five Reiki Principles, the 3 Pillars of Reiki and how to energetically scan the body. You will receive a manual that includes Level I & Level II material. This class starts at 10:00am and ends at 5:00pm. Upon completion of the training, you will be able to provide Reiki healing for yourself and others. This is a fun-filled day with abundant hands-on practice.
