Maritime Museum of B.C. Special Exhibit:
The work of marine artist John Horton will be front and center in the Maritime Museum's celebration of the Royal Canadian Navy's Centennial.
The special exhibit entitled We Stand On Guard For Thee consists of 32 pieces depicting the history of the navy from 1910 until today.
Horton's insistence on historically accurate detail is certainly unmatched by his contemporaries. His attention to technical accuracy and detail is equally legendary.
