Tuesday November 10, 2009 7:00-9:00pm Join Crystal Di Domizio, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, for an educational evening exploring the sometimes strange and intimidating world of gluten-free grains. Using all five of your senses youÃÂ'll discover the health benefits and cooking techniques for the most popular and lesser known gluten-free grain alternatives. Enjoy samples of simple and delicious recipes that have been prepared in a gluten-free kitchen. Door prizes will include gluten-free products. Feel free to bring your favourite recipe to share! Please note that pre-registration is required.
