This new restaurant is exploding with delicious vegan options and their commitment to sustainability and community makes it a winner with us! This time there will be even more food to sample, including: Tortilla Soup (lightly spicy Mexican soup made of roasted tomatoes in a rich vegetable stock, blended with avocado, tortilla chips, cilantro, and lime); Los GLD Nachos (Roasted pineapple, black beans, sweet peppers, onions, corn, and jalapenos, on a bed of yellow corn tortilla chips); Ronny Russell Taco (roasted yams and onions, guacamole, black beans, green salsa, purple cabbage, & pumpkin on handmade corn tortilla); Leona Gail Taco (smoky-sweet chipotle tofu, pinto beans,roasted red salsa, romaine & vegan sour cream on a handmade corn tortilla; Camillo Taco (spicy breaded walnuts, pinto beans, purple cabbage, fresh salsa & vegan sour cream on a handmade corn tortilla); Sides of beans and rice; Finally for dessert we will sample triple chocolate brownies!
