    This the best place to relax and enjoy an evening out to get away from it all! The music and atmosphere is the best that Valparaiso has to offer. Newly remodeled, and the best cooks, make this place the best place to be on Thursday nights.

Hear Smooth Jazz on keyboards by Grammy Contender & composer Keenan Baxter, every Thursday from 6-8pm, at Martinis in Valparaiso, located at 1004 Calumet Ave., in Valpariso Linens, furniture and subdued lighting enhance the BRAND new upscale atmosphere. Though the Dining Room is still beloved for the seafood and steak menus are complete with 12- and 16-ounce cuts, also shrimp de jonghe, scallops, salmon, each individually or as part of the seafood Combination. Bar menu features before-and-after dinner cocktails and 26 carefully selected wines, including dessert wines. There are smoking and non smoking areas, and reservations are recommended for weekends. Appetizers average $4-6 and steak entries range from $16 to $21. Over 125 different kinds of Martinis, 219-464-0801.
