About Oliver:

Oliver was a shining star in his community his zest for life, can do attitude, winning smile, and enthusiasm for serving others inspired many of us! Oliver Oriberto Raminez Feliz, a 15 year old Haitian boy, recently lost his life in a tragic collision with a motor vehicle while riding his bicycle in the busy streets of Montellano, Dominican Republic.
