The Daughters of Destiny Leadership Institute is a branch of LadyMinista Enterprises, birthed out of the desire to see young women and women in ministry become the precious gems that our King created them to be. Our vision is to create a Christ-centered, Bible-based institute aimed at training young women and women in ministry how to live and operate in the spirit of excellence in both their personal and spiritual lives. The mission of the Daughters of Destiny Leadership Institute (DDLI) mentoring program is to provide guidance and practical, Godly wisdom to women in ministry and women who are in need of refined social skills and character development. These women will be enriched from the life-lessons of Pastor Dionne Wood and be equipped with the skills necessary to become women of substance, virtue, excellence, and power.

DDLI offers two eight-week training modules - Basic and Advanced: The Basic Track also known as Charm School addresses Administration and Organization, Conflict Resolution, Personal Image, Etiquette, and Public Speaking. The Advanced Track focuses on Ministry Development and Training, and is for those women who are called to ministry. We deal with Personal Character, Spiritual Gifts Assessment, Kingdom Connections, Sermon Development, Dressing For Success, Strategic Ministry, Women and Authority. Participants may enroll in the Basic Mentoring Track, Advanced Mentoring Track, or both if they wish to receive certification and full Program benefits, including personal coaching.
