Description
Do you remember The Cat in the Hat? What about Goodnight Moon? Do you have old children’s books on your shelf at home? The literary lions are collecting gently-used or new paperback books (Kindergarten- 5th grade reading level) starting today through Monday, November 30. All contributions should be placed in the bins in the Atherton and Simmons lobbies. When you head home for Thanksgiving break, collect and bring back books from family and friends. The donations will benefit the African Library Project; every 1000 books will create a new library. You can learn more about the organization at the Web site.
