Description

The Tucson Convention Center was constructed in 1971, a large, multi-purpose event facility located in the Arizona city's downtown area. At present, the Tucson Convention Center houses an indoor arena and two performing arts venues. However, the venue is currently undergoing a major renovation which, upon completion in 2012, will result in The Tucson Convention Center featuring a new exhibition hall, two ballrooms and five large meeting rooms, amongst other additions.

Because of its multiple event spaces, the Tucson Convention Center is ideally equipped to host a variety of events; ice hockey and indoor football games, WWE face-offs, monster truck shows and concerts have all featured on the Tucson Convention Center schedule in the past.
