One of four presenters will bring a CD of the selections to be performed by the Tucson Symphony Orchestra and discuss the music and composers so listeners can become familiar with the works before each performance. After each program, two free symphony tickets will be available to a lucky winner.
David Hemphill will discuss the TSO's performance of Bolero, Tango and Dance! He will discuss Marquez' Danzon #2, Piazzolla's Aconcagua; Concerto for Bandoneon, Golijov's Last Round, Daugherty's Red Cape Tango from the Metropolis Symphony and Ravel's Bolero.
