Shake, Rattle and Roll- A Shamanic Percussion Experience

Come one, come all. This is a time for having fun, sharing the good energy that making music together creates. Nah, ya don't have to be a musician, you don't have to own an instrument (we have plenty to share!!) All you have to do is show up, bring a sense of adventure and an openness to try something new, if you've never tried. This is a really relaxed atmosphere to try your hand at making some good vibrations happen. We start by playing a variety of percussion instruments, even using voice if you feel like doing so, getting ourselves loosened up, altering our normal brain wave patterns and then, while Kim drums for the group, all will get the chance to experience a shamanic-style "journey". Don't know what that is? C'mon down and see. It is an ancient tool used for connecting with your spirit world, your inner wisdom, All That Is.
