Restorative Yoga Workshop with Sarah Metz, LMT, RYT

Rest, relax & renew with restorative yoga. Learn more about this gentle yet dynamic form of yoga. Postures are practiced with the support of props, to let the body stretch and open on its own, allowing for greater circulation of blood, oxygen and energy.
Cost: $25 ($20 in advance)
The Yoga Connection is Tucson s only nonprofit yoga organization, dedicated to serving the yoga community since 1987.
