Description
At this Meetup we will we practice the energization exercises which were the original contribution of Yogananda to the science of yoga. Following that is chanting and meditation as taught by Yogananda. We end with prayers for people who need healing. Meditating with others who have been meditating for a long time actually helps to make meditation easier for the beginner. All are welcome! Eastside--Tuesdays from 6-7 p.m. 520-760-7760
