Recovery International Self-Help Meeting, Troy MI Meetup

Howdy folks! This is our standard weekly meeting. We read from one of Dr. Low's books, give some examples of practice, answer some questions, and have mutual aid (social time!). Since January of 2006, every week itÂÂ's the same time and same place. What to expect at a Recovery meeting: o) Some friendly faces who have already been through what you are going through. o) Some handouts to get you started on learning the tools. o) A reading from one of Dr. Low's books, to provide the authoritative knowledge. o) 4 part examples given by members to demonstrate how they used the tools in the past week to deal with their symptoms. o) A Q&A session to, well, answer your questions o) Mutual aid, social time with other people who understand No charge to attend, donations are accepted.
