Description
The new year is almost here and my New Years resolution is to go to the gym on a daily bases 3-5 times a week. I would like to start a exercise program ladies, and how it is going to work is as follows: We will be taking different classes based on the package of the facility. The classes that I am interested in are Pole Dancing, Yoga, Pilate's, Walking, biking, hiking, and running there are some much more that we can do. We will be starting in January! Ladies this will be additional activity if you are already working out to try to do something different and make exercise fun and not boring! Ladies who are interested we must be committed I would like this to be long term.
