Scottish folk music was popular not only in households and pubs, but infiltrated concert halls as well. Pro Musica Rara presents Scottish folksong setting by Haydn and Beethoven, along with original fiddle tunes performed by Rufus Muller, tenor; Christoph Hammer, fortepiano; Cynthia Roberts, violin; Allen Whear, cello on period instruments.
Rufus Miller is one of the world’s leading tenors.
