THE INTERIOR DESIGN SHOW/IDS10 PRESENTED BY RADO
NEW DATES: January 21st - 24th, 2010
NEW LOCATION: Metro Toronto Convention Centre, 255 Front Street West, Toronto, ON M5V 2W6
The Interior Design Show/IDS10 presented by RADO is Canada's largest contemporary design event. The newest and most innovative in international and Canadian products are annually presented by 300 exhibitors. Legendary design stars and fresh talent are set to share their IDEAS through exhibits and talks. This year IDS10 is part of the exciting, new TORONTO INTERNATIONAL DESIGN FESTIVAL/TIDF presented by AUDI and RADO which runs January 20th to 24th 2010. TIDF is an annual citywide showplace of design. This five-day festival will celebrate Toronto as a major design destination.
NEW FEATURES: In its 12th year, IDS10 has moved to a new, downtown location, and will kick off with CONVERSATIONS IN DESIGN where the design-savvy are invited to imagine A WORLD WITHOUT OIL at an all-day symposium. The OPENING NIGHT SOIREE is sure to impress with city's coolest entertainment, catering and top designers in attendance. The well-known AZURE TRADE TALKS feature Spanish designer, Jaime Hayon, of Hayon Studio; New York Based architect, Joshua Prince- Ramus, of REX; and UK based Indian designer Nipa Doshi of Doshi Levien. The weekend also includes DESIGN TALKS with Ingrid Abramovitch, journalist and author of Restoring a House in the City and fashion and interior designer Barbara Hulanicki. The ULTIMATE, a highly anticipated presentation by 4 innovative design teams, will inspire with design ideas for everyone.

Thursday, January 21st:
World Without Oil Symposium, Located at the Design Exchange, 9AM-4PM
Tickets: Full day: $250 + applicable taxes (Full Day pass includes breakfast, lunch, cocktail reception and one ticket to IDS Opening Night Party. Value $55)
Half day: $125 + applicable taxes
A 10% discount is offered to members of OAA, ARIDO, ACIDO, DX and RGD.
Student rate: Full day: $125; Half day $65
IDS10 Opening Night Party at Metro Toronto Convention Centre, 7PM-11PM
Tickets: $50 each in advance/$55 at the door
