The Music Department's Jazz at Noon series kicks off with a performance by Toronto's Lina Allemano Four, one of Canada's most vibrant and cutting-edge jazz bands.
The group is known for its forward motion and inventiveness. Their stimulating dynamic,interaction and spontaneity assures that the group's live performances are always lighthearted and full of surprises.
The four are Lina Allemano on trumpet, Brodie West on alto saxophone, Andrew Downing on double bass and Nick Fraser on drums.
Free admission. All welcome.
