Daily, dawn to dusk. Checkpoint hours are usually 8 to dusk. Checkpoints might be closed due to some functions. Restoration construction around the Capitol might alter the course. Trail is rated 1, suitable for strollers and wheelchairs but some difficulty with curbs and brick sidewalks. This course will lead through shaded, residential areas of Topeka as well as the downtown area. It will be mostly city sidewalks or paved streets on fairly flat terrain. Please inquire for special rates for rooms.
