Description
Please note I changed the location of this run. I will not be able to attempt strong hills anytime soon after the twinge of my ITB this last weekend. I hope that the closer location will bring in more runners too :) We will be enjoying our monthly "Dash and Dine" after our long run and have breakfast together. Please consider joining us for breakfast, even if you can't make the run/walk! Family and friends are always welcome!
