Description
Most of us are looking for a deeper connection to our inner wisdom, our higher selves, the divine, but we‘re not sure how to do it. Ever feel like you’d like to have a road map or GPS to make that connection? Are you driving yourself or others crazy? Or going around in circles, encountering road blocks or delays at every turn? If you follow your heart’s prompting, the path will unfold naturally and lead you to your destination. By learning how to access the pure energy of your Heart Center, you can receive the guidance you want and need to help you experience greater peace and wisdom in your life.
In this interactive workshop you will learn
1. What it means to live from the heart
2. What are polarities, why you need to balance them & how
3. The nature of our innate intuition
4. a meditation for connecting to your heart energy
5. a visualization exercise for receiving guidance
Bring notebook and pen for one of the exercises. Think of five questions or issues on which you seek guidance or inner wisdom.
