Stroller Strides T.O. / Library (RS) *RSVP REQUIRED

Join us for Stroller Strides! We help moms make strides in fitness, motherhood and life! Stroller Strides is a great way to get in shape, meet other moms and have fun with your baby all at the same time. It is a total fitness program where moms push baby in the stroller, while getting a workout. The classes are set up for all different fitness levels and are taught by certified instructors. Each class includes a Power Walk with body toning intervals. The classes are an hour long, with the last 15 minutes used for abs and stretching. We welcome babies from 6 weeks to any age! *4:15PM class offered Monday and Wednesday, and 4:00PM Friday by RSVP. Please RSVP by 3:00PM - One RSVP and class is on:) CONEJO CREEK PARK NORTH: 1379 E.
