Shelby County 4-H Horse Club Sponsors the 4th Annual Saddle Up
For St. Jude's Trail Ride & Family Fun Day
(NO HORSE REQUIRED)
FUN FOR THE "WHOLE" FAMILY, YOUTH GROUPS, AND MORE!!!!
When: Sunday, November 8, 2009 from 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
Where: "The Sullivans' at Evergreen Farm"
Address: 6500 Highway 29 West, Thorsby, AL 35171
Cost: Donations of ANY amount (tax-deductible). All proceeds go St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital. Make checks payable to St. Jude's.
To Ride: $35.00 minimum per riding participant; $15.00 for EACH ADDITIONAL family member (lunch included), one (1) free t-shirt per family.
NEGATIVE COGGINS REQUIRED! (quick test available for a fee)
Fun & Games: Horse "Angel" paintings, Facepainting, Hay Rides, Pony/Horse Rides, Cake Walk, Door Prizes, Silent Auction, Roping and Horse Drill Team Demonstrations!! Early riders will find prizes on the trails!!
Trails: Well-marked and safe trails. We have trails for every rider's ability: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced.
Gospel and Country singing throughout the day
Lunch is from 1:00 P.M. -2:00 P.M.
Entertainment during lunch
Please leave your pets at home!
Vet will be on premises - Dr. Diane Harrington
