The Henhouse Prowlers
The Henhouse Prowlers are a five-piece acoustic bluegrass band from Chicago, Illinois. Drawing from influences both old and new, the Prowlers strive to express the sentiment of their own experiences while still maintaining the integrity of traditional bluegrass music. Music from the Prowlers is featured in the upcoming PBS documentary series 'The Ride Of Our Lives' based on the book by Mike Leonard (feature correspondent for the Today Show on NBC). Check your local PBS listings for show times. The group is currently in the studio with producer Greg Cahill of Special Consensus working on their follow-up album.Links
