Why 5:30 am, because these meeting are not just going to get you on track with your goals, their also going to give you energy, motivation, inspiration, a place to evolve and grow and become happier. Starting off your day this way is guarantee for one of the best days of your life, a day where everything flows, miracles occur and large progress in all areas of your life is made and lastly I would make sure the meeting will end at 6:30 am, giving you an hour to get to work with your new motivation and positive energy. (To have the regular goal setting and confidence building meeting all Wednesdays once at 5:30 am for early birds to kick start their day focused and positive and at 5 pm for those who prefer the evenings and want to go home with positive energy and more focused on their goals.) ÃÂ Followed introducing some guide lines on how the group meeting work & each member will be creating list of goals that they want to reach within the next 1 month to 1 year. (example of goals: find a new job, increase salary, find a partner, find new friends, become confident, become happy, changing all insecurities with your inner self & your physical self, change anything you want, lose weight, change believes that are holding you back and much more) ÃÂ I will do a small intro to the Science for the Mind and Womens Personal Development (all the subjects that will be covered over the course of time, which are also listed on the MAIN page.
