Sabbath Days To Renew Your Spirit
Join us once a month for a special day of rest and renewal.
You may choose to spend a “Sabbath Day” in quiet reflection, and/or participate in one of several groups meeting throughout the day, including Gentle Yoga, the Women’s Spirituality Circle, and the Writing Circle.
Lunch is available to participants in any of the groups if requested at the time of registration. Mass is usually scheduled for 1:30 p.m.
