method.
The Reformer allows the individual to work with varying degrees of
resistance
and assistance. Reformer work provides enhancement in movement,
awareness
and accuracy. The workouts are dynamic and challenging and can be done
one-on-one with a Pilates Trainer or in a small class setting.
