From Event Details at Barackobama.com!: Come out to the Florida State Fairgrounds, where 10,000+ people will be attending the Maroon 5/Counting Crows Concert! That's a LOT of potential voters, and should be a young, fun crowd. We'll have two shifts so we can catch the tailgaters and latecomers. This is a non-partisan drive so please NO OBAMA GEAR. This will help us stay as long as possible to reach as many voters as possible. **I need a volunteer to act as a point person for the 4pm-6pm shift. Please email laurelmoffat [at] gmail.com. I will coordinate the 6-8pm shift.** WE WILL NOT GET THIS WEEK BACK! Florida's electoral votes will be decided RIGHT HERE! Parking is free, and you will be sent a contact phone # for your shift so you can call to meet up with fellow volunteers. On May 22nd, after four years and live shows alongside the likes of The Rolling Stones and Stevie Wonder, the quintet is set to release their much-anticipated second album, It Won't Be Soon Before Long (A&M/Octone Records).
