Description:
LIFT is a 45 minute class with basic strength conditioning movements. Using bars and adjustable weight, LIFT is a comprehensive weight workout in a group setting. Participants of LIFT will benefit as a beginning weight lifter, or as a seasoned LIFT participant by using increased weights.
