There are four members in the After The Smoke band: Speek (Producer), Whuzi (Lyricist), Carmen (Vocalist) and Essay Real (Lyricist). Currently our fifth member, Joey Plus, is going through an ordeal, but he still stays well connected and will make his return very soon. Overall, After The Smoke has been left for you to define. We encourage difference and willingly embark on this so-called impossible journey of making a change in this Music Industry. So far, nothing has been able to slow us down from reaching our goals or making songs the way we picture them to be. DJ Butch, originally from Wakulla County, said a stint playing drums in high school sparked his love for music. Blessed with an ear for beats, a healthy helping of Wakulla County pride and a surprisingly clear artistic and professional worldview, DJ Butch began a musical journey that allowed his talents to spread over many different endeavors. DJ Butch began his career armed with a self-described "busted" DJ setup, with which he spun records at parties for friends and family.
