We Are Meant to be Happy •The answer, the truth, is our heart. •Not the physical heart, but the spiritual heart •Follow your heart as the heart knows the truth •In opening and using our heart, weÂÂ're blessed with a lasting peace, and happiness we can feel-actually and really feel-as we go about our daily lives. Once we begin to trust our heart instead of our head to make better decisions, to enjoy life experiences, and to heal our mind and body, and we begin to find effortless happiness in what we do everyday. Who is it for? •This learning is valuable for everyone, including those who have no background whatsoever in heart training or meditation. The steps are actually quite simple and natural. Being guided by your feeling as you begin to practice, you will slowly move away from old habits that have led to struggle and frustration--to the beautiful ease of allowing your heart to lead you. What to expect? •It is a joy to share with you, not only information about the heart, but also simple and effective exercises to help open and strengthen your heart further. These are based on the instruction of Irmansyah EffendiÂÂ's book ÂÂ"Smile to your Heart, A simple Meditation for Peace, Health & Spiritual Growth.ÂÂ" New Language •I will be using new terms such as Open Heart, and True Source. As not to produce any confusion, I will explain these terms and it is my hope that you can use these terms quite comfortably, as I have become accustomed to feeling. My role as the Program Director •My role is to be an instrument and facilitate how you can learn, through a series of practices that will help you to Open Your Heart, more and more. It should be really a really fun and beautiful experience. The module is for one month, meeting twice a week and practicing daily. As most people feel that Opening the Heart is very beautiful in many ways, then you will have the opportunity to attend day long workshops with a workshop instructors.
