The Tacoma Youth Symphony Association is made up of nearly 500 students, ages 7-21, from all over Western Washington. One of the four largest Youth Symphony Associations in the United States, TYSA has 7 orchestras, wind, harp and bass training programs, a chamber music program, theory classes and a summer music festival.
