Description
The Executive Board requires no July meeting according to By-Laws 6.3. However, in view of the fact that no meeting was held in January 2009 and we desire to protect the Fair Report, we are seheduling a July meeting. A Notice of Meeting and a meeting agenda will be mailed to members 10 days prior to the meeting date.
