Coffee, Cheesecake & Conversation A friend and I used to drive around Nashville looking for a place to simply sit and talk. We both love cheesecake so a place that served cheesecake would have been great. A good cup of coffee would have also been great. We weren't really hungry so we didn't want a restaurant where the waitress was waiting on us to order a full meal. And we didn't want a lot of noise or loud music in our ears. We just wanted to sit in an intimate atmosphere and talk about whatever was on our minds. Whether it was religion, politics, family, purpose, vision, business or just shooting the breeze - we simply wanted to enjoy each other's company while having great conversation. We never found that place. So, I've decided to create it ÂÂ- in Tacoma!
