Description
From Event Details at Enmoretheatre.com.au:
The Frontier Touring Company is pleased to announce the return of The All-American Rejects to Australia this August. Very special guests at all shows will be US rockers Hoobastank and Adelaides own The Sundance Kids.
Shooting to prominence in 2005, The All-American Rejects have fast established themselves as one of musics most-loved bands. A succession of hit singles including â&128;&152;Move Along, â&128;&152;Swing Swing and â&128;&152;Dirty Little Secret saw the band catapult onto the world stage, and they havent looked back since.
The release of their third album, When the World Comes Down, spawned their biggest single to date - â&128;&152;Gives You Hell - which reached 3 on the Australian ARIA chart and achieved platinum certification, ensuring The All-American Rejects are a household name.
Last here in February as they supported Fall Out Boy across the country, The All-American Rejects make their highly anticipated return to headline their biggest shows to date in Australia. Their overflowing energy, and enigmatic stage presence left fans begging for more, and the critics in awe of their unforgettable performances:
'â&128;¦the band worked the big stage with plenty of overblown, Motley Crue-inspired moves, making them a lot of fun to watch' - Drum Media
'an odd and oddly transfixing mix of â&128;&152;70s LA glam rock and â&128;&152;90s pop punk" - Inpress
'â&128;¦from start to finish, they did not disappoint' - FasterLouder
Hoobastank will make a welcomed return to Australia as special guests at all shows. Already well known for their chart-topping singles â&128;&152;The Reason and â&128;&152;Crawling In The Dark, Hoobastank are currently climbing the charts with the anthemic â&128;&152;The Letter - the first single taken from Hoobastanks forthcoming album For(N)ever (in stores July 3). 2009s return will see Hoobastank back on our shores for the first time since their highly successful 2007 tour.
Drawing on more inspiration than ever before, For(N)ever has seen Hoobastank outgrow earlier influences, throw away the formula and produce the record of their career.
Adelaides The Sundance Kids have been selected to open the shows in all cities. As single â&128;&152;Solutions currently rides the airwaves around Australia, The Sundance Kids have been hard at work recording their debut album and touring the nation.. Set to soar high this year, its the perfect time to join The Sundance Kids team - its only a matter of time before the rest of the country does, too.
As two of the most in-demand rock bands in the world tour together and take one of Australias brightest young bands along for the ride, theres no doubt tickets will sell out.
Tickets on sale Friday 19 June. Please visit frontiertouring.com for pre-sale details
