We will journey to Oshkosh and take a step back in time as we visit the Morgan House that is a perfect reflection of upper middle class Victorian living followed by a chance to view the exciting history of flight with a visit to the historic and colorful AirVenture Museum, located at EAA?s Aviation Center.  Here you will view more than 100 airplanes, hundreds of artifacts and exhibits and take part in the latest interactive displays, you?ll find the intriguing tale of manned flight at your fingertips?from the Wright Brothers? ?Flyer? to the supersonic fighter planes of today...and beyond!  The Morgan House has a wide-variety of splendid woodwork in its original condition, its six fireplaces, gas light fixtures and original Anaglypta and Lincrusta wall coverings, it is a fine example of the kind of home built by the most prosperous Oshkosh lumber barons in the late 19th century.  After leaving the Morgan House and heading to the EAA, lunch will be served at ?The Roxy?, a well-known Oshkosh establishment. 

Your lunch choices are:  Spiedini Forno Style - Tenderloin rolls stuffed with ham and mozzarella on a bed of fettuccine, topped with melted mozzarella cheese and red sauce.  Including a salad and freshly baked bread.  Chicken Princess - Grilled chicken breast topped with asparagus spears and melted mozzarella cheese.  Entr??e includes baked potato.  Including a salad and freshly baked bread.
